Non Invasive Skin Tightening HiFu

HiFu uses ultrasound therapy. It is non-invasive and creates a non surgical facelift. It is ideal for your face, neck and chest and abdomen. The ultrasound activates your own natural and rejuvenation process to lift, tone, and tighten loose skin, resulting in a natural anti ageing process.

The HiFu system used in the procedure utilises the safe, time-tested energy of ultrasound to stimulate the deep structural support layers of your skin—including those typically addressed in a surgical facelift without disturbing the surface of the skin.

With HiFu, there’s no downtime, no surgery, no injectable substances; just a healthy change beginning on the inside for a natural, noticeable effect on the outside.

HOW DOES HIFU WORK ?

HiFU targets the SMAS layer (also targeted in facelift), this is the layer that lines the muscle and is responsible for the movement of muscle. By inducing heat to this tissue it begins the wound healing process and stimulation of collagen and elastin.
A second pass of HiFu is then performed where we target the Dermis. This layer is more superficial to the SMAS layer; As we age the Dermis begins to thin, so by stimulating the cells in this layer the collagen and elastin cells are rejuvenated by rebuilding and thickening of the dermal area.

HiFu lifts, tightens, and tones loose skin to counteract the effects of time and gravity. One of the first effects of gravity is that the brows descend, and the eyes start to appear smaller. HiFu will lift your brow, which in turn reduces the excess skin on the lids, opens up your eyes and gives you a more refreshed appearance.

How is HiFu non-surgical skin tightening different from other cosmetic procedures?

HiFu is the only nonsurgical cosmetic procedure that uses ultrasound to specifically target the foundation layer of facial tissue that cosmetic surgeons address in surgery.

Lasers can only treat superficial layers.
Radio frequency can go deeper than lasers.

HiFu bypasses the upper layers of skin to deliver the right amount of energy at the right depths and because it is ultrasound can see the where the energy is being delivered.
The use of ultrasound also enables us to actually see the layers of skin we are treating, allowing the energy to be delivered precisely to where it will be most productive.

Cosmetic PhilosophyCosmetic Philosophy

Cosmetic Philosophy

Our cosmetic philosophy is to create a natural looking younger version of yourself. We aim to enhance existing features, replace areas of loss and rewind the changes of time. If any cosmetic enhancement is immediately discernible or obviously unnatural then we regard the job as being poorly performed. The onlooker should always be wondering whether the look is natural or enhanced. Our aim is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of all the cosmetic procedures and techniques available. This includes procedures I do not use but may be appropriate to your circumstances. These will be presented to you showing the expected benefit and a cost comparison with other procedures and treatments
